I am a small, independent artist and designer. I do not sell personal information, and I do not use your information for purposes unrelated to operating and growing Outback Keepsakes except as described in this policy.

Outback Keepsakes is based in Oregon and respects applicable Oregon privacy requirements.

The Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA) applies to businesses that meet specified thresholds for the amount of consumer personal data they process or the revenue they derive from selling personal data. The law does not apply to every Oregon business.

Regardless of whether the OCPA applies to Outback Keepsakes, I strive to follow the privacy principles described in this policy: collecting only information reasonably necessary for my business, using it for legitimate business purposes, protecting it appropriately, and not selling your personal information.
