Shipping

Each Outback Keepsakes piece is assembled by hand in my Oregon studio, and I take care to package every order securely before it begins its journey.

Standard Shipping: $6.50

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping may be available by special arrangement. Please contact me before placing your order to discuss options and additional shipping costs.

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of receiving your order.

Outback Keepsakes is a small, one-person studio in Oregon's high desert. Severe winter weather or other unexpected circumstances may occasionally delay shipment. If I anticipate a delay, I will contact you as soon as possible with an updated shipping timeframe.

Delivery

Standard Shipping generally arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is outside my direct control. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect delivery times.
